We met in June 2020—right in the middle of a global pandemic. Our mutual friends hosted a dinner party and each invited an extra guest. We spent the whole night talking ... and haven't stopped almost six years later.

At the time, Tim was supposed to move back to New York in two weeks. Somehow that turned into two months after he “forgot” to submit the paperwork that would have ended his lease on time. A tragic administrative error, really.

The next four years were spent in different cities: Tim in New York and Charlotte, Hannah in Dallas and Austin. But we found every excuse to see each other, even living together during Hannah’s law school summer breaks.

After Hannah graduated, Tim moved to Austin to start our next chapter together—and we have recently made our way back to Dallas. Along the way, we've traveled the world together, visiting the Bahamas, Iceland, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, and Japan (with Bora Bora up next for our honeymoon).

We feel incredibly lucky to be joining our lives and families, and we can’t wait to celebrate with everyone we love. 💛
